Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned electronics for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
